Fees

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance at this time.  My fee for individual sessions and group sessions is $200.  I will provide Superbills on a monthly basis for you to submit to your health insurance company.  I encourage you to contact your health insurance company to find out what your out-of-network benefits are as well as the information required on your Superbill for the most efficient processing of any reimbursement your health plan provides.
